Delivery Information
We carefully pack and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We currently ship within UPS and FedEx.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our small business and limited inventory, all sales are final. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We're here to help you make confident, informed decisions.
If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Replacement request must be submitted by email to fernandivystore@gmail.com, include your name, address, phone number, order number and include photos. We'll do our best to make it right.
Registry Gift Items
Due to the nature of our small business and limited inventory, all sales are final.
In the event that a bridal gift purchased from our store and is a duplicate purchase from our location, it may be returned within 10 days of the bridal shower for store credit only. Items must be returned in original packaging, and in sellable condition to be eligible for credit.
Gift Cards
All Sales are final. All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
